Data Compliance & MIS Manager – Eat That Frog Group

Salary Band: £22,000 to £32,000 depending on skills and experience.

We are looking for an experienced Data Compliance & MIS Manager who can lead and co-ordinate ETF group’s management information systems, for all our data needs (contracts, sub-contracts and internal data alike), acting as Data Controller for the company.

You will also manage our administration and customer service staff team and oversee administration for exams and registrations with awarding bodies. This is a key role within our senior management team, reporting to our Board of Directors and we are looking for an energetic, positive person with a ‘can-do’ attitude, who can work flexibly to provide solutions and fulfil the role requirements.

You will review and develop the data collection processes ensuring complete collection to meet ETF Group’s needs, using our systems to provide robust, accurate and timely reports to ensure progress against key performance indicators is tracked, to inform business decisions (Enquiries, Membership, Recruitment, Retention, Achievement, Progressions, Employer engagement, Employer needs, Ofsted needs).

You will ensure compliance with contract requirements, legislation and company policies and work towards achieving budget and corporate financial targets.You will produce and submit external funding and statistical returns for external agencies/ funding bodies as required and ensure all necessary returns are submitted in advance of required deadlines.

Ideally based in Torquay (Devon), this role is full time (37.5 hrs pw) and is subject to an enhanced DBS check with a 6 month probationary period. Sounds good?
