Can you inspire, train and encourage young people with SEND, creating a positive and nurturing environment in which they can thrive and succeed?

We work in non-classroom based settings, 1:1 or in very small groups, to help learners with a variety of social, emotional or mental health issues overcome their barriers and move on to further training or employment. Experience of working with young people with SEND is an advantage, but a positive attitude and being a flexible team-player is essential.

You’ll have an innovative approach to teaching and learning, using activities and community projects to make learning fun, while having the attention to detail and IT skills to keep accurate records and e-portfolios. You’ll have the desire to celebrate learner success in all its forms, to be a good role model for young people and an ambassador for Eat That Frog.
