Centre Manager

Salary: £26,000 – £29,500

Full time: 37.5 hours pw

Location: Plymouth (will be required to travel to other centres)

As a Centre Manager, you will liaise between the centre staff and the senior management team, enabling clear and concise communication. You will also be responsible for centre administration, quality of teaching, learning and assessment. You will be expected to operate flexibly, in meeting the needs of the business, our learners and customers.

Turing Scheme Administrator

Salary: £17,500 – £22,500

 Part time: 10 hours per week

Location: Torbay / Plymouth

The main aim of this role is to provide support in the UK for the company’s participation in the Turing Scheme. You will be providing support to the ETF Spain Education and Development Facilitator in ensuring that all administration requirements in support of learners’ and staff trips abroad are met.

Customer Support Co-ordinator – Torquay

Salary: £17,500 – £22,500

Full time: 37.5 hours pw

Location: Torquay

This role is vital in supporting the Centre Manager to provide a professional service to all our learners, customers and stakeholders. You will be the front – line contact for the company and maintain the centre records and information systems.

Volunteer – Community Shop

Part time: Minimum 4 hours per week

Location: The Pad, Paignton

This role involves sorting goods for our Community Fridge while keeping it tidy and well stocked.

You will have the ability to interact positively and effectively with both customers and staff as well as following health & safety guidelines. 

This is a hands on role so the ability to lift boxes, stack shelves and pack crates is essential!

Volunteer – Driver

Part time: Minimum 2 hours per week

Location: The Pad, Paignton

This role will involve picking up food surplus from suppliers / supermarkets as well as delivering meals out to community partners and customers.

This is a hands on role so you will need to be able to lift heavy boxes and pack crates.

A full valid driving license and access to your own vehicle will be essential!

Digital Skills Specialist

We are currently looking for a Digital Skills Specialist to deliver digital skills learning programmes across Devon. As a specialist you will plan and deliver learning programmes to small group of adults virtually and face to face to enable them to build their confidence and develop their knowledge and skills in using digital media, digital marketing, animation, website and games design.

Salary: £22,220 to £26,260

Location: Paignton

We are currently looking for an Employment & Skills Mentor to plan and  deliver learning programmes that will enable learners to be introduced to healthy eating, basic cooking, barista and customer service skills. As a mentor you will deliver the programmes face to face to small groups of adults to build on their practical knowledge and support them to move closer to employment.

Learning Support Assistant – All Centres 

 

Salary: £17,500 to £20,000 (Being the pro-rata amount)

Part Time: 32.5 hours pw 

Location: All Centres (including Plymouth & Exeter)

Ideal for anyone with a Teaching assistant / SEN qualification or equivalent, this role gives you the chance to promote equality of opportunity for learners with a diagnosed special education need and / or disability (SEND). Directed by our SENCO and the learner’s Teacher, you will work in small groups or one to one to provide direct practical support for the learners to engage in all aspects of their programme within ETF.

You will support teachers and instructors with the monitoring and delivery of the learner’s Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and life skills and enable work and recreation opportunities for the learner within our community projects.
