Sales & Marketing Manager

From customer and market insight this role will be responsible for setting sales targets to meet contract outcomes and outputs for Eat That Frog group of companies (includes The Learning Curve and Eat That Frog S.L.). As the Sales & Marketing Manager you will oversee developing strategies and tactics to spread the word about ETF Services. You will attract and convert new business by using your persuasiveness and creativity. You’ll gain a thorough understanding of all ETF services provided and learn how to persuade clients to work alongside ETF. Analyse referral and start data for the current and next week, adjusting strategies to ensure all places are filled
We are looking for somebody degree educated (or equivalent) with a demonstrable track record of work in Sales / Marketing, ideally with a knowledge of community or education projects. You will be an independent worker but also capable of delegating tasks and being part of a team. Ideally candidates will be proficient with Microsoft Office programmes.

Senior Manager (Data Analyst)

“Without data you’re just another person with an opinion” – we want this role to show so much more than opinion. As part of our senior management team this role is crucial to ensuring we meet the requirements of our contracts, you will be responsible for providing reports and analysis to our board of directors and help to steer the company. You will develop analysis tools utilising SQL/Power BI etc reporting on the performance of the company and indicating future trends. You will hold the role as “Data Controller” for GDPR and manage a team overseeing submission of our contract data, exams and awarding organisation information.
We are looking for somebody degree Level 5 educated (Management, business administration, computer science, finance or information systems) or equivalent, ideally with BCS ISEP Business Analysis Diploma. As part of our senior management team, this role is crucial to ensuring we meet the requirements of our contracts, you will be responsible for building a strong and effective network of partners. You will develop our sector knowledge to allow growth of opportunities and bidding to deliver new contracts and services. Overseeing our Sales and Marketing function, you will also use feedback to shape the content and information within our channels of communication. This role will host and attend network meetings and events (Stakeholder committee, awards ceremony, etc)
We are looking for somebody degree Level 5 educated or equivalent, ideally with IAG level 4. You will have 2+ years industry experience and be an independent worker but also capable of delegating tasks and being part of a team. Wellbeing Co-ordinator – Under 50s Helpline

You will manage your time and be accountable for learners’ achievements and will liaise with each learner’s circle of support, employers and other third parties to build a team approach to enable the learner to achieve their aims.
You will possess a qualification at Level 3 or above in Mathematics and have the desire and ability to teach the subject in a holistic manner.
Above all, you will work in a way that creates a positive, fun, engaging environment and experience for learners, staff and customers.

Learning Support Assistant – All Centres
Salary: £17,500 to £20,000 (Being the pro-rata amount)
Part Time: 32.5 hours pw
Location: All Centres (including Plymouth & Exeter)
Ideal for anyone with a Teaching assistant / SEN qualification or equivalent, this role gives you the chance to promote equality of opportunity for learners with a diagnosed special education need and / or disability (SEND). Directed by our SENCO and the learner’s Teacher, you will work in small groups or one to one to provide direct practical support for the learners to engage in all aspects of their programme within ETF.
You will support teachers and instructors with the monitoring and delivery of the learner’s Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and life skills and enable work and recreation opportunities for the learner within our community projects.
Above all, you will work in a way that creates a positive, fun, engaging environment and experience for learners, staff and customers.
