We are thrilled to announce that Eat That Frog Group has successfully maintained the Matrix Standard, recognising the quality of the information, advice and guidance provided across the organisation.

The Matrix Standard is important to us because it reflects our commitment to giving every individual the right support at the right time.
This helps people make informed choices about their future whether that’s further education, university, an apprenticeship, employment or greater independence and take positive steps towards their personal goals.
It focuses on the whole person. We help learners build confidence, develop independence, overcome barriers and recognise their own strengths and potential.
The detailed assessment report highlighted several areas of success. These included our strengthened Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance Roadmap and the way careers education is embedded across all provision.
The assessor also recognised the impact of having Careers Advisers in every centre. This has helped Eat That Frog achieve 100 per cent against Gatsby Benchmark 8 for personal guidance.
Other strengths included the personalised support available to learners with SEND and Education, Health and Care Plans. The report also praised our employer partnerships, supported internships and work experience opportunities.
Our strong teamwork, quality assurance and commitment to continuous improvement were also recognised. The Turing Scheme was highlighted as a significant asset to the organisation.
Positive feedback from learners, partners and stakeholders described Eat That Frog as a “responsive and continually improving organisation that delivers meaningful outcomes.”
A special thank you goes to Senior Leader, Kate Dorling for leading the assessment and for all those who participated, well done all, and as always thank you for the amazing work you do.
