Our fully-equipped training kitchen offers the ideal venue for learning the skills required for the hospitality industry in small, friendly and supportive groups.



Tutors work individually with learners to ensure that they are supported every step of the way, given the help they need to progress from their first day in the kitchen until they move into work experience apprenticeships and paid employment.

Learners are given the chance to grow and develop at their own rate, overcoming any barriers such as confidence or social skills, and are also given the opportunity to brush up their functional skills in Maths, English and IT as part of their training.



Skills For Jobs – Hospitality

Thinking of work in the hospitality and catering industry? Learning in a practical centre providing food service, you will gain a real and practical experience to develop your skills. Whilst on this course, you will build individual units, which can include front of house skills and professional cooking skills. Our award-winning professional team will be on hand to help and support you throughout your journey. Upon completion of a full qualification, you will have the opportunity to gain your food hygiene certificate at no cost.

Professional Cookery

If you either need some formal qualifications to return to the catering industry or have never learnt any cookery skills, this course is for you. You can study in a practical volunteering opportunity, one subject at a time, and build these into a full qualification. These courses are offered at Level 1 or 2 and recognised within the catering industry.
